Cancellation Policy

 

Bookings cancelled more than 60 days before the lesson date will receive a 100% refund (10% payment processing fee will be deducted )

Bookings cancelled between 30 days before the lesson date will receive a 50% refund.

Bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the lesson date are non-refundable.

 

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, unused lesson time, or early departures.

If Premier Ski is unable to operate due to extreme weather, lift closures, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule their lesson, subject to availability.

 

 

Lessons may be rescheduled free of charge up to 14 days before the lesson date, subject to availability.

Private lessons are reserved exclusively for the booking guest(s) and instructor. As availability is limited, we strongly recommend obtaining suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
